The Edible Archive

The Edible Archive is an experimental workshop exploring the relationships between food, dress, memory and archives. Participants are invited to experience fashion history through the medium of taste — each dish inspired by a specific garment, photograph or historical moment from the Fashion Space Gallery archive.

Created in collaboration with food artists and fashion historians, the event stages an intimate encounter with archival material, using edible interpretation as a way of bringing fashion history to life.

The workshop culminates in a shared meal and conversation about the connections between food culture and fashion culture.
